Payment Processing for InvestFest Vendors

Profit the same from credit transactions as you do with cash.

Edge is a unique program that supports a dual-price model for all goods and services, allowing businesses to experience the same profit margins on all transactions. Every item carries a cash price and a card price. Your customer picks how they pay.

  • A smart terminal for your counter, placed at no cost, one per location. It stays ours, and the software that runs it is $19.95 a month. Full terms further down this page.
  • Your money the next day, with same day funding available.
  • No early termination fee. If it stops working for you, you can leave.
  • Application done in about ten minutes, from your phone.

See your two prices on your own numbers

Type in what you charge today. That number stays your cash price, and the card price is what a card paying customer sees on the shelf and on the receipt.

Cash price
$10.00
Card price
$10.40

Your flat rate on the card price is 3.8461%. Both prices get posted, and the receipt shows the price your customer actually paid.

You post both prices, cash and card, everywhere you post prices, following the rules in your state. We set you up with the signage and the terminal does the rest.

Why not just do this yourself

Plenty of businesses try to build this themselves by tacking a line onto card sales or posting only the cash price. That is where the trouble starts, because card brand rules and most state laws are specific about how two prices get shown and what a receipt has to say. A properly boarded dual-price program handles the pricing at the terminal, prints receipts that match, and comes with the signage you are required to display.

What you get

  • A Payanywhere Smart Terminal, placed at no cost, one per location. It stays our property and goes back within ten days if you ever close the account, otherwise the equipment value applies.
  • Next day funding, with a batch cut time as late as midnight Eastern. Same day funding is available.
  • PIN debit, a built in camera and barcode scanner, and a free merchant portal with virtual terminal and invoicing.
  • Time clock, employee management, and hiring tools through the Homebase partnership at no extra charge.
  • No early termination fee. If it is not working for you, you are not locked in.
  • A real person. You will have my cell number, not a support queue.

The recurring cost is $19.95 per month for the terminal software. Chargebacks are $25 and retrievals are $15 if they happen. Optional 4G through the built in SIM runs $9.95 per month once you pass 10 MB of data. Those are the recurring costs. Your merchant agreement carries the full fee schedule, and I will walk you through every line on it before you sign anything.

The event is over and the offer got better

InvestFest is over, and the offer got better instead of expiring. Finish your application by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern and we cover your first four months of the $19.95 monthly software fee, one month more than we offered on the floor. You still have to be approved and you still have to run your first batch, and the four covered months start when you run it. Applying by the deadline is what counts, so an approval that lands in September still qualifies. The offer is open to anyone, whether or not you were at the event. If you already finished your application at the event, you are all set on the original terms.

Merchant clients are first in line for what we build next

Something else is coming. We are building a business credit dashboard, and merchant clients are first in line for it. Part of the point is that a real, verifiable account in your business name, paid on time every month, is exactly the kind of record a reporting partner can carry once the platform opens. Nobody can promise you an outcome on that and we will not. What we can say is that clients hear about it first.

Common questions

Is this allowed where I operate? The rules on posting two prices come from your state and from the card brands, and they are not the same everywhere. Tell me where you operate and what you sell, and I will check it before you sign anything, including if the answer comes back no.

What happens to my customers? They see two prices and choose. Some pay cash, most keep paying by card, and the ones who care about the difference now have a way to act on it.

How long does approval take? The application is short and most decisions come back quickly. You will hear from me either way, and I will tell you what the underwriter needs if they ask for anything.

What if I sell online too? Say so on the form. Online sales work differently from counter sales and I would rather set your expectations correctly than sell you the wrong thing.

Who am I dealing with? Critical BS, and me personally. Payment processing is through North, a registered ISO of BMO Harris Bank N.A., Chicago, IL, Citizens Bank N.A., Providence, RI, The Bancorp Bank, Philadelphia, PA, FFB Bank, Fresno, CA, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Concord, CA.
