Our Basic service fee is $99 for your first formation and $149 after that, plus every state fee. State filing fees are not always your only state costs: some states also charge annual fees or taxes (California LLCs, for example, owe an $800 annual tax), and New York LLCs must publish notice of formation in newspapers and file a certificate of publication, which often costs more than the filing fee. Confirm current fees and requirements with the state.
