Business Filings & Records for Existing Companies
File the state forms you choose. You give every answer and approve the completed form; we submit it and send you whatever the state sends back.
Critical BS Inc. is not a law firm and has no attorney on staff. We provide clerical filing and records services, public-information searches, and checks for apparent clerical gaps. You select each form and provide every answer and any wording. We do not select documents or provisions, draft legal language, recommend answers, advise on legal effect, or review documents for legal sufficiency.
How it works
Three steps, and you approve every one
You choose the form
You select the specific state filing form or record. We can share the state’s official forms and published instructions, but we do not decide which form or filing you need.
You give every answer
You provide each answer and any wording the form asks for. We enter exactly what you provide. If an answer needs a legal decision, you make it yourself or ask an attorney.
You approve, we submit
You approve the completed form. We submit it, pass the state fee through at cost, and send you whatever the state sends back.

Fees for Maryland and other states, and any state fee not shown as a dollar amount, are quoted before you pay. State fees are set by the state, are the same whether you file yourself or through us, and are passed through at cost. Virginia and DC fees checked October 8, 2026.
If the state rejects a filing or will not issue a record, and the reason is not the information you gave us, we refund our service fee. The state fee is refunded only if the state refunds it.
